My, down-on-his-luck, brother in law just won $25,000 on a scratch off ticket. He desperately plays because he desperately needs the money. I am happy that it eased some of the pressure off of him for at least a short while. Creative take!!!
Ads have never influenced me to anything other than sing a jingle at an inopportune moment. Those lotto ticket purchases are all on me. :(
