This is an opportunity that will not come back. Once this space is lost, it is lost forever. 3. Use vision and common sense while redeveloping the land around the Marta station. This is another one time opportunity that needs to be done carefully. I don’t have any thoughts on how to do this, except that we should be skeptical of the claims of developers. 4. The less commercial development the better. 5. Discourage the building of McMansions. Encourage the renovation of the existing houses. 6.
