When I got home a few minutes ago, there was a flag in my front yard. This is a problem. I called the realtor who placed it there, and asked her to remove it. To her credit, she was courteous, and the flag was removed a few minutes later. There are two problems here. Many of these flags will not be removed, and will fall to the ground. I have a collection of “rescue flags,” that I found on the ground. I sometimes display 13 of these flags on holidays. Using the US flag as an advertising gimmick is disrespectful. But as things get worse and worse, we are losing our fear of this silly word. We all know who it is that controls the wealth of our nation through their exchanges and counting-houses in New York.
